Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
👉 All our products are made-to-order. Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days, and delivered in 5–9 business days depending on your location.
Q. Do you ship all over India?
👉 Yes, we deliver pan-India to almost all pin codes.
Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
👉 Yes, COD is available at checkout.
Q. How can I track my order?
👉 Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

👉 We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD.
Q. Is online payment secure?
👉 Yes, all transactions on Inkrop Store are 100% secure and encrypted.

Q. What is your return policy?
👉 Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are damaged, defective, or the wrong product is delivered.
Q. Do you accept size exchange?
👉 Currently, we do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.
Q. How do I request a return?

Q. How long does it take to get a refund?
👉 Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Q. What material are your T-shirts made of?
👉 Our T-shirts are made of 100% premium cotton (bio-washed for softness) for durability and comfort.
Q. How should I wash and care for my product?
👉 Wash inside out in cold water, use mild detergent, dry in shade, and avoid ironing directly on prints. (Check our Product Care page for details.)

Q. How do I choose the right size?

Q. Do you sell oversized fits?
👉 Yes, we offer both regular fit and oversized fit T-shirts.
🔹 General Queries
Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
👉 Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
Q. Do you take custom design requests?
👉 Currently, we only sell products listed on our website. Custom orders may be introduced in the future.
